24/7 Prayer Feedback

posted 3 Nov 2010, 10:08 by Oxford Prayer Room   [ updated 3 Nov 2010, 10:29 ]
From 24th-30th October the Catacombs prayer room was transformed into a creative prayer space to help others engage with God. The room was designed around St Aldates' vision for 2010-2011 focusing on praying for the wider world, for the marginalised, for the next generation, for community and for God's presence.
Here's some feedback given from the week:
-God desires to reveal himself in Oxford.
-God is here.
-The room is very spiritual, very good.
-Beautiful and reflective setting.
-Always the place to get perspective.
-A real sense of the Lord's presence.
-Anointed atmosphere.
-Very moving.
-We love prayer.
-'I delight to sit in his shadow, and his fruit is sweet to my taste'.
-Great time of prayer- believe he has healed me and I can now walk in newness of life.'
Food for thought...
'Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened'. Luke 11:9-10
